How do I order?

Select your product from the Shop page, choose your size and quantity, and add it to your cart. When you’re ready to proceed to checkout complete your details. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email (please check your spam folder).

If you are paying via EFT, please send proof of payment so your order can be processed. Orders are typically dispatched within 2-5 working days, with delivery taking 2-5 days depending on your location.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order without creating an account. However, creating an account makes future purchases quicker, as your details are saved so you won’t need to re-enter them again. Your details are secure and used only to process your order.

Where can I find my invoice?

Invoices are kept in your account dashboard. Click the account icon, go to ‘Orders’, and select the order you’d like to view or download.

Please note that you’ll need an account to access invoices.

How do I return or exchange?

We accept exchanges on products purchased through our website, provided they are returned in new, unworn condition and in their original state.  

Items made to your specifications, including certain sizes and customised products, are not eligible for exchange or refund.

 

If your item is faulty, please email us with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll assist further.

Are all sizes returnable or exchangeable?

Most sizes can be exchanged if returned in new, unworn condition. However, sizes 6,7, and 8 are made to your specifications and are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Is my personal information kept private?

Yes. Your information is kept confidential and used only to process your order and provide support.

Can I customise the colour of my shoes?

Yes. You can request colour changes in the order notes at checkout. Please use existing products on the website as a reference to your colour selection. Customised items are made to order and are not eligible for exchange or refund.

What do the different order updates mean?

Processing
Your order has been received and is in production (2-5 business days).

On hold
Your order has been received, but payment is still outstanding. Please send proof of payment to info@pitta-patta.com.

Completed
Your order has been dispatched. Tracking details will be sent via email.

Cancelled
Your order has been cancelled due to non-payment after several reminders or duplication. Please contact if you’d like to reinstate it.

How will I know if you’ve received my order?

Once your checkout has been completed successfully, you’ll receive a confirmation email (please check your spam folder).

If you selected EFT, payment still needs to be made and proof of payment sent to info@pitta-patta.com. Banking details are included in your confirmation email.

If you selected Payfast, your order will be processed once your checkout has been successfully completed. The automated confirmation email is sent to both you and Pitta Patta once your order has been placed.

Can I order via email or phone?

Yes, but we recommend ordering online for accuracy and faster processing.

How do I clean my Pitta Patta shoes?

For light cleaning, use a damp cloth or wet wipe. If a deeper clean is needed, handwash in cold water with a mild detergent, shape the shoes while damp, and allow them to dry out of direct sunlight. The leather may feel slightly stiff after washing but will soften again with wear. Suede should be cleaned with a reputable suede cleaner. Fabric slippers can be washed in a washing machine with like colours, cold water, and a gentle cycle.

Can shoes be adjusted for narrow or wide feet?

Yes. Please add a note at checkout and we’ll contact you to assist. Please note that customised shoes are not eligible for exchange or refund.

How do I measure my little one’s feet?

Have your child stand on a flat surface with their heel against a straight edge (like a wall). Measure from the heel to the tip of the longest toe. Measure both feet and use the larger measurement. Add 7.5 mm to allow for socks and growth, then use this measurement to find the correct size.
