Refund policy
Returns and exchanges
We will accept exchanges on Pitta Patta products purchased through our website, provided the item is returned in new, unworn condition. Products that are not returned in their original state will be sent back to the customer and no exchange or refund will be provided.
If you purchased your Pitta Patta product from a retailer, agent, or vendor, you will need to contact them directly for assistance.
Please note
Orders of sizes 6, 7, or 8 leather baby shoes, as well as our Leather Lounge Wear range, are made to your specifications and are therefore not exchangeable or refundable.
General warranty
If, within 6 months after delivery of a product to you:
- you find that the product is defective or faulty,
- unsuitable for the purpose generally intended,
- unsuitable for a purpose expressly indicated by The Supplier at the time of purchase,
- or not legal or reasonably durable (based on the circumstances and product type, “defective”),
and you return the product to The Supplier for inspection in accordance with the returns procedure below and the product is subsequently found to indeed be defective, you are entitled to:
- a full refund
- or repair (if possible)
- or replacement at The Supplier’s expense
What is not considered a defect
The following will not be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a repair, replacement, or refund under the general warranty:
- normal wear and tear
- damage caused by incorrect usage
- misuse or abuse
- failure to follow product care instructions

Exclusions
You may not return non-defective products that have been made to order, or personalised
products that have been altered, repaired, or added to without authorisation from The Supplier.
Stock availability
If the item you ordered is temporarily unavailable, The Supplier will notify you and advise you of the expected delay in delivery. You may choose to wait for the item or request an alternative product.
If the item is permanently unavailable, The Supplier will notify you. You may choose to accept an alternative product, or a refund will be issued for that item.
Cooling-off period (non-defective returns)
Subject to certain exceptions (including made to order or personalised products, and goods where the price depends on fluctuations), you are entitled to return a purchase within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund:
- the product must be returned in accordance with the return procedure below
- the product must be unused and in its original packaging
Shipping costs will be deducted from the original order amount.
Important: If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please retain the original packaging, and do not use the product.
Process for returns and exchanges
To request an exchange or return, please email info@pitta-patta.com.
If the reason for the return is a factory fault, please include an image clearly showing the issue. If your request complies with this Refund Policy, you will be guided further by email.
Shipping costs
If the product is damaged due to a factory fault, we will cover all transport costs. For all other returns or exchanges, transport costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Before returning your product
Please include a note with the shoes containing the following information:
- Name and surname
- Order number and date
- Contact number
- Reason for return
- Banking details for the refund
Please do not return the product without written approval from The Supplier.
Refunds
If your return is approved, refunds will be processed via EFT into the bank account provided. This process may take up to 2 weeks.
