Shipping policy

Delivery within South Africa

We deliver door-to-door within South Africa at the following approximate rates:

  • Cape Town (local) from R60
  • Main centres from R90
  • Regional areas from R120

Delivery option and final cost are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and postal code. Orders are typically delivered within 2 – 7 business days, depending on the location address supplied. Deliveries take place on business days (Monday to Friday), during working hours to the address stated on your order. Public holidays are excluded.

 

Processing time

Orders are handed over to the courier within 2 – 5 business days after payment has been received.

 

Collection from store

 You may order online and collect your order from our Cape Town store.

 Please note: this option is only available for the Cape Town store.

 

Changing your delivery address

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched (handed to the courier), we are unable to make any changes.

 

Incorrect delivery

If you receive the incorrect product, please do not remove it from its original packaging. Contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange collection and ensure the correct item is delivered to you.

 

Late delivery

In terms of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (‘ECT Act’), you are entitled to cancel your purchase with 7 days’ notice if the product has not been delivered within the agreed delivery period.

Products must be returned in their original condition, including all labels. Cancellation must be submitted via email to info@pitta-patta.com. A refund will be processed within 30 days of such notification.

 

Couriers

We use a range of couriers within South Africa. For international orders, customers may arrange their own courier. In many cases, this may be more cost-effective.
